Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend viable solutions to customers using a variety of ESP solutions including, but not limited to, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent Marketing Cloud, Responsys, Cordial, Iterable, and Marketo.
Engage with business stakeholders to understand the requirements, integrating business knowledge into the proposed technical solutions.
Document solutions conceived and delivered by the Platform Solutions team.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills by proactively identifying limitations, constraints, and alternatives with proposed solutions.
Maintain knowledge of new marketing technologies and innovations.
